Fuchsia and Fabulous • May Flower Challenge • Day Fifteen

Yes it is spelled correctly! People always misspell this color.

 This morning I was greeted by this lovely, woody shrub with showy flowers called a Rhododendron as I pulled up the driveway. Today I managed to catch its peak. 

The symbolism associated with the" Rhodie" are the words, beware and caution. There are over 1,000 species of rhododendrons. West Virginia and Washington share the Rhododendron as their state flower. Rhododendrons were originally found in Nepal and is the national flower of Nepal.
